Gordon Liao is the Chief Economist and Head of Research at Circle. He is also a Research Fellow at the Cornell Fintech Initiative. His career spans finance and tech, including prior rols at the Federal Reserve Board, Uniswap Labs, and Harvard endowment. He holds a Ph.D., A.M. and A.B. from Harvard.
