Rayhaneh Sharif-Askary is Managing Director, Head of Product and Research at Grayscale Investments. She is responsible for ensuring Grayscale’s products are institutional grade, cutting edge, and exceed market demands. Since joining Grayscale in 2018, Rayhaneh has been instrumental in expanding investor access to digital assets and in building the broadest product platform in the U.S., spanning more than 30 investment products and over 40 tokens. Prior to joining Grayscale, Rayhaneh spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank, focused on the leveraged finance investment banking, leveraged capital markets and syndication, and distribution businesses. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke with a B.S. in Economics, and was named one of Business Insider’s 2020 Rising Stars of Wall Street.
